Ingredients
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup nut butter (such as almond butter, peanut butter, or cashew butter)
- 1/3 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1/4 cup dried coconut flakes
- 1/4 cup chopped nuts (such as almonds, walnuts, or pistachios)
- 2 tablespoons moringa powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon (optional)
- Pinch of salt
Preparation
1. Mix Wet Ingredients:
1. In a mixing bowl, combine the nut butter and honey or maple syrup. Mix well until smooth and well combined.
2. Add the vanilla extract and mix again.
2. Add Dry Ingredients:
1. Add the rolled oats, dried coconut flakes, chopped nuts, moringa powder, ground cinnamon (if using), and a pinch of salt to the bowl.

1. After chilling, the energy balls are ready to eat. Transfer them to an airtight container and store in the refrigerator for up to two weeks.
